One of the things my clients most frequently ask for my help with, is sleep!

This heavenly-scented pillow mist has been created with organic essential oils associated with deep relaxation and calm. It is ideal to help create a sleep ritual or bedtime routine that feels right for you.

How to use your HushSleep Spray: 

• Shake well before each use
• Mist over pillow 5 - 10 minutes before you want to get into bed
• Snuggle down (and listen to the bedtime story for the full HushSleep experience) 

 

Advisory Note: Bedtime story may cause drowsiness - Do not listen whilst driving or operating machinery

 

This product has been created using organic essential oils. As with all products of this type, check any sensitivity to any ingredients before use. Avoid spraying directly into your face or eyes. 

Ingredients: Aqua, Hamamelis Water, Essential Oils (Lavender, Clary Sage, Chamomile, Geranium, Valerian)
