Service Description

If you'd like a 'refresh and reset' session once a week, this class is for you. Think extreme relaxation with some lovely guided visualisations to maximise your wellness. HypnoMeditation is heavily based in the field of neuroscience and supported by many years of research on how our minds and bodies function and heal. It is clinically based, practical in delivery, with an awareness and acceptance of spiritual practice. It is all encompassing, inclusive and non-denominational. We observe a set sequence of meditation activities and techniques each time as routine forms part of the overall relaxation experience in the brain. What are the potential benefits of Hush HypnoMeditation®? Potential associated health and wellbeing benefits of Hush HypnoMeditation® through regular practice are: • Reduction in blood pressure • Reduction in anxiety symptoms • Improved sleep • Increased production of dopamine and serotonin • Increased neuroplasticity and prefrontal cortex strength, development and agility • Improved cognitive function, concentration and mental focus • Increased production of Oxytocin (now credited by Harvard Medical School as being a Cardiac-protecting, potentially life-prolonging hormone) • Improved self-esteem and increased feelings of confidence • Improved pain management capability • Reduction in IBS symptoms • Improved weight management ability ...but more than this, it's lovely and friendly and there's really nothing you need to do, other than turn up and experience the session We recommend that you bring a pillow and blanket, plus a yoga or pilates mat, if you have one.
